Education Program - Virtualization and Cloud Computing E-Book

As we announced earlier in May, we have initiated our Education program to foster knowledge exchange in and about topics within Virtualization and Cloud Computing.

Our aim and goal of the program is to complement the content we already provide to you here, such as blogs, event proceedings, news feeds, etc.

As such, Igor Edelman posted the first 2 Chapters, including sub-sections, of our first E-book and can be found here

Educational Program

In our effort to participate in and contribute to the various debates about virtualization, cloud computing, and other topics, we are introducing the Cloud Slam Event Education program.

While the name is officially new, our Bloggers have been already contributing to the program's mission with weekly blogs. Building on the success of our bloggers we created the Education forum that will allow for contributors to created more extensive write-ups on various topics.

Cloud Slam Event - Helping To Lower CO2 Emmissions

While we don't know exactly how many CO2 are emitted into the air as part of a physical conference, we are pretty sure our virtual event stacks up pretty well. However, CO2 savings are not the only measures virtual events can stack up against.
